Loan Category 2

The loan category 2 support file contains labels that are user defined categories of loans used during the loan application process. The labels will provide a second basis for the analysis of loans during the production of the loans reports. These codes should be the standard that is adopted by the organisation to refer to different categories of loans.

How to add loan category 2 labels

To add these labels you go to Support Files->Loan Category 2 and a screen like the one below shows up:

Label for Item: In this field enter the new loan category 2 item, e.g, "Working Capital Financing"

Note that in this example the loan category 2 analysis is based on the type of loan financing given.

Click on the Add button to add the label and repeat this for all possible labels.

You can click on the Print button to view\print the loan category 2 labels and keep them for future reference.

Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.
